this was a book which opened my eyes to the less fortunate. I mean most tourists whaen travelling to the US always go to the luxurious places but they never give a second thought of the poor people black and white people alike. This book has shown me we the fortunate ones should do all we can to keep the less fortunate alive. Buy this book and you'll never want to put it down

This is an excellent book and, in my opinion, Grisham's best. It was fast paced, emotive, and exciting. I felt a real empathy with the character Michael: it has changed a part of my life. If you miss this then you miss out on something special.

I was hooked on this story from page one. John Grisham open's the readers eyes to the world of the homeless. The poverty and desperation felt by those living on our streets. The attention to detail in this book has to be admired. Buy this book today, you won't be disappointed.
